Figured Maple Bowl

A beautiful hand-turned bowl made from figured maple from Abbotsford, BC.

This bowl has a wide, shallow shape that makes it especially lovely for use as a salad bowl, fruit bowl, or simple centrepiece for the table. Measuring approximately 2.5 inches high and 11 inches wide, it has a generous shape with beautiful figuring, soft natural grain, and a warm handmade feel.

Each bowl is turned by hand, making every piece one of a kind. The grain pattern, natural markings, and subtle variations in the wood are part of what make each bowl unique.

Finished with polymerized linseed oil and beeswax, this bowl has a natural food-safe finish that protects the wood while bringing out its warmth and character.
