Spalted Figured Maple Vessel

A small hand-turned vessel made from spalted figured maple, full of natural character and beautiful grain.

This little wooden container has a warm, organic shape and striking natural markings created by the spalting in the wood. Measuring approximately 3 inches high and 2.5 inches wide, it is a lovely size for jewellery, small treasures, dried herbs, salt, or simple display in the home.

Each piece is turned by hand by Rafe, making every vessel one of a kind. The grain, spalting, and colour variation are part of what make each piece unique.

Finished with polymerized linseed oil and beeswax, this piece has a natural food-safe finish that enhances the richness and warmth of the wood.

Care
